Biography

A genius looking for an equal

Weyers reaches the Morning Star realm before turning one hundred, an achievement said to place him among the foremost young Magi in the central continent's history. He understands that this required more than aptitude: a compatible high-grade meditation technique, teachers, resources, and the backing of Sky City all contributed. When he meets Leylin Farlier, he treats Leylin as a rare contemporary rather than an immediate enemy. He admits that Cyril, whom Leylin has already killed, would have been a difficult opponent for him and invites Leylin to visit Sky City. (Chapter 590)

Refusing to be used

Other Sky City figures try to turn the two young geniuses into rivals, but Weyers recognises the provocation. Although anger makes the surroundings turn cold, he refuses to become cannon fodder in someone else's dispute and retains a favourable view of Leylin. When Leylin later presents evidence that Jupiter's Lightning and Stuart have acted against him, Weyers checks the soul undulations behind the testimony and agrees to keep Sky City from interfering. Weyers honours that promise when Leylin's conflict escalates. After seeing Leylin display Six Star power, he compares it with his own Four Star achievement and feels ashamed, but he still restrains Sky City's guards with his presence and platinum flames instead of breaking his word. He then witnesses forces at the Radiant Moon level, including an Arcane Art capable of destabilising the battlefield's protections, making the gap between ordinary Morning Stars and the next realm unmistakable. Living in Leylin's shadow

Leylin's later advancement becomes the kind of achievement that makes other geniuses despair. An elder hopes that the experience will help Weyers move beyond Leylin's shadow, but Weyers insists on attending the ceremony and seeing the difference for himself. His Morning Star aura, once extraordinary for his age, is no longer conspicuous among the guests. The encounter closes on shock rather than a recorded breakthrough of his own; the corpus does not show him advancing beyond Morning Star. (Chapters 769–771)

Appearance and personality

Weyers is young, proud, and conscious of the reputation attached to his talent. His pride does not make him easily manipulated: he notices when elders are trying to exploit it, evaluates evidence before choosing a side, and keeps an agreement even after the balance of power changes. He is also candid about unfavorable comparisons. Rather than pretending he could easily defeat Cyril or match Leylin, he repeatedly acknowledges the limits of his present strength. Magic, bloodline, and abilities

Four Star Morning Star

Weyers becomes a Morning Star Magus before the age of one hundred and is later identified with Four Star battle strength. That classification makes him exceptional among his peers, but it remains below Leylin's Six Star display and far below the Radiant Moon combat he observes. No later rank is confirmed. (Chapters 590, 597–599)

Elemental manifestations

The environment turns into an icy scene when Weyers becomes angry, showing that he can release a powerful cold aura or effect. In a later confrontation, black lightning breaks a monitoring screen, while platinum flames and his pressure prevent Sky City guards from intervening. The chapters demonstrate these effects but do not name their spell models, activation costs, or exact defensive limits, so they should not be treated as fully explained signature techniques. Training and institutional resources

Weyers has access to Sky City's teachers, high-grade inheritance, and material support. Those advantages help explain his unusually early advancement but are not innate abilities. His judgement is another practical strength: he can assess soul undulations in presented evidence and understand when political actors are trying to use him, though neither skill makes him immune to deception in general.
