Twin Moons

History

At Evotech’s Armament Hall, Damien selects a matched pair of pistols named for the world’s two moons: black Hel and silver Freya. Their acceptance surprises the soldiers because the weapons had resisted ordinary assignment. Damien modifies their internal gems and Nodes, completes a Nodal Link, and binds the pair to himself, adding a ranged style that can be integrated with his spatial control. Properties and use

Hel and Freya adjust to Damien’s hands, absorb mana, and fire through a linked spatial configuration. Their output is powerful but costly: sustained use consumes mana rapidly enough to remain a tactical constraint. The names identify the two weapon personalities within one paired artifact article; they are not separate character entries. (Chapters 520–522, 534, 548, 617–618, 710, 743, 818, 1043, 1064)
