Oh Minyoung
Oh Minyoung is a survivor from Seol Jihu's Tutorial area whose resentment toward better-supported survivors develops into violence during the Neutral Zone. Her attempt to prey on Yi Seol-Ah and Yun Seora ends when Kim Hannah exposes her actions and Sinyoung takes custody of her.
Biography
Resentment in the Neutral Zone
Oh leaves the Tutorial with only a small reward and an evident grudge, glaring at its Guide before entering the Neutral Zone. There she clears enough missions to acquire equipment, but becomes fixated on the expensive gear given to Yi Seol-Ah. She tries to take the younger woman's bow, offers help through a group of predatory men, and turns to sexual insults when refused. Her hostility is not merely verbal: Kim Hannah later identifies her as the person who incited the same group to assault Yun Seora by revealing Seora's injured arm and offering them points. (Chapters 9, 16–18)
Oh remains beside the group's burly leader while they attack Hyun Sangmin, openly gloating at his humiliation. Once Kim Hannah invokes Sinyoung's authority, however, Oh's contracting backer abandons her rather than risk conflict with the organization. Hyun retaliates violently, and Sinyoung personnel drag Oh away with the stated intention of having Yun Seora judge her. The corpus does not show that intended confrontation or confirm Oh's death; a much later recollection by Seol Jihu establishes only that he still remembers her as a precedent for hostile cartel-connected actors. (Chapters 17–18, 137)
Appearance and personality
Oh is identified as an East Asian woman and is decently equipped by the end of the Neutral Zone, but the corpus gives no more precise physical description. She is openly jealous, vindictive, and willing to use stronger associates against isolated targets. Her taunts and gloating collapse into an attempted escape once institutional protection shifts against her. (Chapters 16–18)
Abilities and class
The supplied chapters do not identify Oh's class or any named skill. Her gear and survival through several Neutral Zone missions show basic field competence, but no scene demonstrates a distinct combat specialty. Her most consequential methods are social and coercive: identifying vulnerable people, recruiting violent men, and exploiting the protection of a contracting backer until that protection is withdrawn. (Chapters 16–18)
Relationships
- Seol Jihu: Oh comes from his Tutorial area and later glares at the survivors he supported. Seol recognizes the danger around her but does not have a sustained personal relationship with her. (Chapters 9, 16–18)

- Yi Seol-Ah: Oh targets her expensive equipment and subjects her to malicious sexual insults when she refuses to surrender the bow. (Chapter 16)
- Yun Seora: Oh incites an earlier assault on her and is subsequently taken away for a punishment that the corpus does not show. (Chapters 16–18)
