Jun Sakamoto

Jun Sakamoto is an energetic Level 4 Thief Striker from Kazuki Ayase's Umi Tsubame team. He joins the allied party entering the Banquet, is eliminated during its first stage, and later helps care for the exhausted survivors.

Biography

The Banquet and its aftermath

Jun greets Seol Jihu with immediate enthusiasm and joins Kazuki's mixed Umi Tsubame–Carpe Diem party for the Banquet. He understands the event as a rare gamble for powerful rewards, but his own run ends in Stage 1. Rather than dying, he waits at the oasis and proudly reports his elimination when Kazuki's group returns. After the surviving parties escape the later stages, Jun supplies a healing potion for the unconscious Seol and remains at the recovery campsite. The outcome keeps him alive while emphasizing that membership in a High Ranker-led team does not guarantee advancement through the Banquet. (Chapters 61–62, 67, 70, 72–73)

The corpus does not follow Jun after the campsite. It therefore does not establish whether he remains with Kazuki when Umi Tsubame later dissolves, joins another organization, advances beyond Level 4, or returns permanently to Earth. (Chapters 72–73)

Appearance and personality

Jun is about 170 centimeters tall, with red-dyed hair puffed into a lion-like mane and black sunglasses over sharp eyes. He speaks loudly, calls senior men “hyung-nim,” shakes Seol's hands vigorously, and even describes his Stage 1 elimination with comic pride. His exaggerated excitement and envy provide levity, but he also notices Seol's vigilance and contributes practical help after the crisis. (Chapters 61–62, 70, 72–73)

Jun is explicitly a Level 4 Thief Striker. The class places him in Umi Tsubame's combat roster, but the supplied scenes do not show a named skill, weapon, stealth technique, or decisive attack by him.
