Administrator’s Seal of the Exalted Prima
The Administrator’s Seal of the Exalted Prima is Jake Thayne’s proof of office as an Administrator of the Seat of the Exalted Prima. It began as a candidate seal earned during the Prima Guardian event and became a Mythical ring after Jake’s promotion, adding adaptive statistics and authority over the Prima Vessel on Earth. (Chapters 944, 992)
History
Candidate seal and conditional authority
After gaining access to Earth’s Prima Vessel, Jake received the Unique Seal of the Exalted Prima. The seal established him as an Administrator Candidate and granted privileges during the galaxy’s Prima Guardian event, but its true power remained sealed until the last Prima Guardian was slain. Its promised upgrade was explicitly tied to the holder’s performance during the event rather than being an automatic reward. (Chapter 944)
Promotion to Administrator
Jake’s performance promoted him from candidate to Administrator and transformed the seal into the Mythical Administrator’s Seal of the Exalted Prima. The upgraded ring identified him as someone on the path to claiming a World Wonder, recognized his ownership of Earth’s Prima Vessel, and replaced what Jake had regarded as a largely decorative teleportation token with major adaptive benefits. (Chapter 992)
The seal remained part of Jake’s equipment after the event. With Ell’Hakan dead, Jake was described as the top-ranked Administrator of the Seat, while the wider Prima Vessel network became mostly inert outside the Administrators’ ability to use vessels to travel to the Seat once they met the grade requirement. (Chapters 1070, 1078)
Abilities and properties
- Adaptive statistics: The seal supplies 14,400 Adaptive Stats, distributing them in response to Jake’s current situation and actions. The amount scales with his level, making the benefit responsive rather than a fixed allocation chosen in advance. (Chapter 992)
- Equipment-cap exception: Its Adaptive Stat Amplification may push Jake beyond the normal equipment-stat cap, but only by the lower of five percent or 2,880 stats. The seal therefore bends the cap without removing it. (Chapters 992, 1271)
- Administrator privileges: The ring proves Jake’s office, his path toward a World Wonder, and his ownership of the Prima Vessel located on Earth. These privileges derive from the Exalted Prima’s touch and Jake’s qualification as an Administrator. (Chapter 992)
- Administrator teleportation: Jake can teleport to his Prima Vessel, subject to limitations and a cooldown whose length depends on the difficulty of the teleport. Travel onward to the Seat of the Exalted Prima requires at least B-grade, so the seal does not grant unrestricted early access. (Chapters 992, 1070)
- Further development: The item description states that acquiring additional qualifications can upgrade the seal again. No later transformation is confirmed within the supplied corpus. (Chapter 992)
