Scarlett
Scarlett is an Alabaster Crimsoneye Snake who rules the Grand Mangrove River’s serpents and later joins the Order of the Malefic Viper. Her attempt to imitate humanity begins from a violent, alien moral framework, but Miranda’s guidance and Jake’s trust give her a less coercive place in human society.
Biography
Learning to rule and joining the Order
Scarlett initially forced captured humans to build a settlement and treated killing or mutilation as ordinary discipline. She wanted to become useful to Jake, so she accepted Miranda’s authority and began learning why those practices were wrong rather than retaliating against criticism. Jake and Miranda offered her the names Scarlett and Allie; after careful consideration, she chose the combined human name Scarlett Allieson. (Chapters 540, 565, 566)
Jake trusted Scarlett to protect Miranda’s group and later invited her to leave Earth’s limited hunting grounds for the Order. He removed the system restriction preventing her from traveling beyond the Mangrove, introduced her to his allies, and sponsored her entry evaluation. By Jake’s departure for Nevermore, she was still adapting to the Order and was saddened by his absence, but had gained a path toward independent growth beyond serving as a local ruler. (Chapters 566–575, 638, 652)
Appearance and personality
Scarlett is an albino serpent with red eyes. Her refined humanoid form resembles a shy teenage girl while retaining functional scales, reptilian pupils, and a skin-like defensive dress. She is enthusiastic, deferential toward Jake and the Malefic Viper, socially naive, and capable of extreme violence, but she listens earnestly when Miranda explains human norms. (Chapters 540, 565, 566)
Path, class, and abilities
Scarlett is a mid-tier C-grade Alabaster Crimsoneye Snake. She cultivates her own venom internally, and her Toxicity stat strengthens toxic effects throughout her abilities. She can smell fear and weakness, fly through direct energy manipulation, and move far faster than Jake could when he first escorted her to Haven. (Chapters 566, 567, 573)
Her humanoid transformation preserves combat-useful scales and senses but is still weaker than her true serpent form for hunting. The corpus does not name a class or show a later evolution; her latest confirmed development is training and integration within the Order. (Chapters 565, 566, 652)
