Adam is Caleb and Maja’s son and Jake Thayne’s nephew, born after integration while his mother had already been pregnant.

Biography

Growing up after integration

Caleb and Maja name their son Adam after Maja’s grandfather. As an infant, he is stronger, faster, more durable, and quicker to heal than a pre-system child, though the system moderates his statistics so they do not function like an adult’s. Years later he is a prepubescent boy attending school in Skyggen, sparring playfully with Caleb, admiring recordings of the Arcane Hunter, and forming a warmer relationship with Jake during a family visit. Appearance and personality

The corpus identifies Adam as a growing boy but gives no stable hair, eye, or clothing description. He is energetic, playful, direct, and intensely curious about strength. He swings a stick as an imaginary weapon, recognizes when his father pretends to lose, and questions Jake’s explanations until they make sense to him.

• Developing physical ability: As a school-age child he can run and swing a stick with force dangerous by old-world standards, but he is nowhere near his father and is still protected as a child rather than fielded as a combatant.
• Current limit and latest state: He has no class or profession yet; those normally become available around adolescence. The corpus therefore supplies no combat Path, skill list, or chosen affinity to project forward.

Relationships

• Caleb Thayne is Adam’s father and balances long absences with play, protection, and careful guidance about the new world.
