Building Fortress is a seven-star effective-good card used by Aileen to create the underground base for the Orden assassination operation.

History

Underground outpost

Aileen reveals the card while explaining that the campaign needs a secure place to rest and organize near Orden's palace. At the chosen underground chamber, she infuses the card with magic power and uses Spirit Speech to request a tough fortress capable of housing three hundred people. The card dissolves into magic power, after which iron fencing, barracks, and a headquarters rise from the warped space. The resulting fortress becomes the operation's hidden base. (Chapters 278–279)

• Instantly constructs a fortress on varied terrain, including underground, above the sea, or on a cliff. (Chapter 278)
