Bounda

Bounda, called the Destroyer, is a Goblin and the sixth apostle of Hegemonia. Bounda’s rivalry with Obin Mabru centers on incompatible ideas of victory, honor, and what a battlefield should remember.

Biography

Rival of the Bombing Horse

Bounda repeatedly confronts the Pantheon apostle Obin Mabru and considers themself the more frequent personal victor. The victories do not produce the expected honor because Obin accepts individual defeat whenever it improves a larger imperial operation, then returns home celebrated for the strategic result. Bounda hates this value system, believing winners deserve public honor and losers humiliation, and concludes that even meeting Night Sky first would not have made the Pantheon a suitable home. During the Sky Castle battle, Bounda drives soldiers forward under bombardment and engages Obin while Hegemonia intervenes through Divine Control. The Union Kingdom ultimately loses, and Bounda becomes one of the fallen apostles Hegemonia summons against the Demons. (Chapters 234–308)

Appearance and personality

Bounda is a Goblin tall enough that ordinary soldiers reach only their chest. The narration calls them deranged but gives no detailed clothing, coloration, or signature weapon. (Chapters 244–308)

They are proud, combative, and preoccupied with visible honor. Bounda can concentrate under artillery fire, but resentment toward Obin shows a rigid preference for personal victory over indirect strategic value. (Chapters 244–246)
