Shattered Light
Shattered Light is the mechanical armor designed by Delvis for his brother Herlous, combining Sunil engineering with systems that amplify a Pugilist's own energy.
History
Delvis's final design
Delvis leaves Shattered Light behind as a Commander Class suit built specifically around Herlous's physique and combat style. Han Xiao helps activate and assess it after Herlous returns to active service. The inheritance links Delvis's engineering work to Herlous's decision to stop hiding from Sunil's crisis and gives the new Black Star officer equipment suited to fighting far beyond an ordinary soldier's scale. Service with Black Star
Herlous later deploys Shattered Light together with the Battleship Slicing Blade. Its energy-conversion systems strengthen his protection, speed, projected force, and flight, but the armor remains damageable machinery that can be disrupted, immobilized, and repaired. It continues serving as his signature suit during the mercenary group's early galactic operations, though the corpus does not establish its condition after that period.
