Pangon

Pangon Filet, known as the King of War, is a war-addicted Primordial One revived by the Holy Accord. Formerly empowered by a three-piece Universal Treasure set made by his lost civilization, the Beyond Grade A Pugilist ultimately leaves the Accord to lead a band of Avengers against the three Universal Civilizations.

Biography

Intelligent Plague and the Association

Pangon awakens among the first revived Primordial Ones and immediately asks whether his civilization still exists. Learning that the Exploration Era ended long ago places him among the resurrected figures whose old national loyalties and grievances threaten the group's unity. He temporarily accepts Oathkeeper's advice to remain with the Holy Accord while the revived Supers recover and study the modern era. His identity as the famous King of War and a known battle addict makes him one of the most recognizable returnees, but he initially restrains himself rather than acting before understanding the new political order. (Chapters 1211–1212)

Sanctum Revival and the Super Crisis

Pangon joins Beiger and other revived experts in testing Han Xiao, rushing the Mechanic at close range and discovering that Black Star is physically stronger and much better prepared than expected. The defeat strips away his initial arrogance and earns Han his respect. Pangon later fights Sorokin and helps surround a suspected traitor, showing the direct, violent instincts expected of his reputation. Once revenge against the three Universal Civilizations becomes his priority, he decides not to burden the Beyond Grade A Association with that private war. He leaves the Holy Accord with like-minded survivors of destroyed civilizations and becomes the Avengers' leader. (Chapters 1214–1217, 1240–1241, 1252–1255, and 1262–1273)

The World Tree War

Pangon's Avengers initially stay outside the World Tree War. Although some members want to exploit the invasion to destroy the three Universal Civilizations, Pangon refuses: they lack sufficient force, Black Star could eliminate them, and he will not betray the Holy Accord companions to whom he owes his revival. He later turns back to save a refugee convoy while distinguishing ordinary galactic residents from the governments he hates. After the World Tree's defeat, Pangon reveals a further strategic calculation—intervention would not have changed the war and would have annihilated the Avengers, while the emerging balance gives them more room to develop. Alive in Chapter 1445, he remains committed to revenge rather than reconciled with the three civilizations. (Chapters 1355, 1377, 1431, and 1445)

Appearance and personality

Pangon is introduced as a tall man and later appears hooded while traveling covertly with the Avengers. In combat he is a physically imposing Pugilist whose damaged clothes expose a body able to endure extreme punishment. He is proud, headstrong, and addicted to battle, but not thoughtless. Defeat teaches him caution, and his later decisions combine loyalty, patience, and political calculation. He can coldly refuse entanglement while still protecting civilians, and he masks compassion behind strategic arguments to comrades who are more consumed by revenge. Abilities and class

Pangon is a Beyond Grade A Pugilist with great strength, durability, speed, and true damage reduction. At the time of his revival he remains below his former peak and lacks the equipment that gave rise to his title, yet his Energy Rank is still around 71,000. He excels at grappling and close-range pressure, can release Pugilist energy powerful enough to destroy warships, and survives concentrated psionic bombardment. His original King of War equipment set comprised a shield, spear, and armor, each a Universal Treasure; without it, Han estimates Pangon to be roughly thirty percent weaker. Relationships

• Han Xiao: Pangon initially underestimates and challenges Han, then accepts his superior strength. He later avoids compromising the World Tree war partly because Han could destroy the Avengers and because intervention would implicate Pangon's former allies.
• Oathkeeper: Oathkeeper fulfills the ancient promise that restores Pangon to life. Pangon eventually leaves the Holy Accord, but gratitude and loyalty to the organization remain reasons he refuses to sabotage its members' defense of the explored universe.
• Beiger: Beiger fights beside Pangon in the revived Primordial Ones' test of Han. Both are defeated, and Beiger remains one of the old companions whose wartime service Pangon refuses to betray.
• Sorokin: Pangon attacks Sorokin during the latter's troubled encounters with the revived Supers, including punching him away during battle.

Items

Pangon's historical King of War set consisted of a shield, spear, and armor built by his civilization, with all three pieces classified as Universal Treasures. The equipment did not return when he was revived, leaving the title as a legacy and reducing his combat strength. No replacement set or persistent personal artifact is established by Chapter 1463.
