Time Dagger

The Time Dagger is a small temporal Grand Weapon supplied by Randidly to the reflected Aetherlands incarnation of Devick. It gives her the decisive instrument needed to strike Pine inside the memory and helps shape her Malice image into a fell scythe. (Chapters 2195–2196)

History

A weapon for Devick's moment

Randidly, acting as Nether King Hungry Eye within the memory, offers Devick the dagger as the central tool in a plan to give her a foundation, an image, and a moment. She accepts it despite the discomfort of holding it, understanding that she must use it to carve open her future. (Chapter 2195)

The strike against Pine

Prolonged contact marks Devick's image: Malice manifests the dagger as a grey scythe whose proximity turns time and space to ash, while the weapon rots her hand. In the moment Randidly creates for her, Devick strikes Pine's core. The dagger unravels, its temporal backlash corrodes her image, and the larger burden of jagged time obliterates Pine's consciousness and begins unraveling his body. (Chapter 2196)

• Its physical resting form is a small dagger-shaped object that makes prolonged examination difficult. (Chapter 2195)
• Contact shapes Devick's Malice image into a grey fell scythe that disintegrates existence and reduces nearby time and space to ash. (Chapter 2196)
• Wielding it rots the image-hand holding the weapon and produces severe corruption when its temporal force is released. (Chapter 2196)
• Its single decisive strike inflicts dangerously jagged time capable of unraveling Pine's existence. (Chapter 2196)
• The dagger destroys itself by unraveling during activation. (Chapter 2196)
