Reward after Tarnak's challenge

Aethon Thai awards the belt to Randidly after the Challenge of Tarnak. The gift marks Randidly's successful entry into Tellus's competitive spear culture and provides equipment suited to the increasingly demanding regional tournament. (Chapter 204)

A long-term part of Randidly's loadout

Randidly continues wearing the belt after returning to Earth and gaining Planting of the Forest of Enmity. By Chapter 709, it has reached Level 49 and remains equipped despite his acquisition of much stronger Skills and several replacement weapons. (Chapters 410, 426, and 709)
