Chulroon's Chisel

Chulroon's Chisel is a glove-mounted Fate tool carried by the veteran Chulroon and inherited by Randidly Ghosthound. Made from the harvested Fate of a fallen world's strongest individual, it serves as both a destructive claw and a precision Engraving instrument before helping shape Randidly's first Fateset piece.

History

Chulroon's final inheritance

As his body fails, Chulroon explains that the System turns condensed Fates into equipment for its soldiers. His chisel was made through that process and aligned with his own image. He removes the glove, invests almost all his remaining strength into it, and gives it to Randidly as the second of his final gifts. (Chapter 1007)

Weapon and Engraving tool

Randidly finds that the Level-99 chisel has physical force comparable to a broken Skill. He uses its sharp claw to open his wrist while forging and its articulated fingers to draw precise Engravings, although its altered hand makes uniform Mana condensation difficult. (Chapters 1013 and 1026)

Alignment with Yggdrasil

Randidly considers the chisel beside two other candidate Fates and pairs its constructive, timeless nature with Yggdrasil. Although it is a weapon, its identity as a tool for shaping and recording makes it a natural catalyst for the World Tree's growth toward a living record. Its influence later enters the Philosopher's Key during the first Fateset-piece creation. (Chapters 1131, 1143, and 1180)

• The chisel is a Level-99 Fate made from another person's harvested Fate and aligned to Chulroon's image. (Chapters 1007 and 1013)
• It functions as a glove whose fingers or claws can cut with extraordinary force and execute delicate Engraving work. (Chapter 1026)
• A dormant will or rogue element remains inside it, making complete alignment potentially dangerous. (Chapter 1143)
• Its constructive and path-shaping qualities contribute to the Philosopher's Key. (Chapter 1180)
