Biography

Judgment, love, and collective survival

Lowanna serves as the rational counterweight to Devick’s volatility and as Enmya’s long-standing companion. She organizes Nether forces while carrying the weariness of an Arbiter, then confronts the Prophet after his schemes collapse. By withdrawing significance, severing life connections, and striking with Nether, she kills him and accepts the burden attached to judging those connections. Her quieter date with Enmya and later leadership of millions during relocation show the same duty turned toward preservation; she ultimately helps Hamilton and the High Priest establish a new framework. Appearance and personality

Lowanna is composed and often immaculate even under pressure, with manacles that clink as she moves and a habit of carrying tea or a book. Exhaustion increasingly shows through that control, but her patience and dry reason remain central to her presence. (Chapters 2086, 2140, and 2176)

Abilities and progression

As an Arbiter, Lowanna can perceive, label, and judge Nether connections, turning them into burdens resembling karma. She can withdraw significance, manipulate life-linked strands, and form a cutting blade of Nether. These abilities reward clear understanding of relationships; using them also imposes responsibility, because the labels and severed bonds accumulate moral weight rather than functioning as consequence-free attacks. Relationships

Enmya is her long-time partner and romantic companion. Devick relies on her steadiness, Randidly works beside her as Nether King Hungry Eye, and the Prophet becomes the subject of her final judgment. (Chapters 2068, 2094, 2193, 2210, and 2215)
