Biography

Privilege, manipulation, and defeat

Duulys Ambar appears amid luxurious golden sheets, weary of the Mimic's intrusive devotion but still dependent on the suited being's information and emotional attention. His authority over a layered domain and his later command position place him within Idylla's power structure, yet resentment and pride repeatedly distort his decisions. Randidly ultimately treats Duulys as an enemy he can overcome, and Duulys does not survive the wider struggle surrounding Sonara. (Chapters 1873, 1880, 1897, 1903, 2008)

Duulys favors luxury and an imperious presentation, but his private scenes expose exhaustion, anger, and insecurity beneath that cultivated superiority.
