Golden Ticket

The Golden Ticket is a system ticket that lets the host select a world where entrances to the Midnight Inn can begin appearing. (Chapters 3)

History

Opening new worlds

Lex receives three tickets in the starter pack and uses them to extend the Inn beyond its secret physical location. A ticket selects a world rather than a specific guest or safe doorway: entrances spawn at unpredictable places, creating both opportunity and risk. Later access tools become more targeted, but the tickets establish the Inn's earliest inter-world network. (Chapters 3, 8, and 32)

Abilities and properties

• Each ticket lets the host choose a world in which Inn entrances may spawn. (Chapter 3)
• Door locations within that world are random and can appear in inaccessible or inconvenient places. (Chapter 8)
• World lists are not guaranteed to display every inhabited planet, so selection depends on the options the system reveals. (Chapter 32)
