Tetsuya

Tetsuya Seigan is an impoverished Foundation cultivator whose tournament competence and shameless pragmatism let him survive public hostility without institutional backing. (Chapters 205–208)

Biography

Underdog competitor and opportunist

Tetsuya reaches Foundation moments before a harvesting tournament deadline and enters despite spectators treating him as a joke. He does not win, but places high enough to collect a heavily discounted wager and values every spirit coin because he lacks other income. Outside the venue he intervenes when goons attack Lex, knocking them out with a brick and a kick, then immediately robs them. The episode defines his morality as practical solidarity rather than polished heroism. (Chapters 205–208)

Appearance and personality

Tetsuya looks ordinary, thin, and slightly malnourished, with sunken cheeks; he wears a face mask to avoid wasting time on hostile attention. He is indifferent to insults, frugal, observant, and opportunistic enough to turn a rescue into compensation. (Chapters 207–208)

Abilities and cultivation

Tetsuya is a newly advanced Foundation cultivator skilled in the precision harvesting techniques tested by the Gugu-fruit tournament. His high placement demonstrates control and technical competence rather than overwhelming combat power.
