Nami joins her sisters' application after working in a laundry for wealthy clients, arguing confidently that their shared employment will benefit both family and employer. In the tavern she covers immediate needs—pressing a napkin to a child's bleeding nose, serving guests, and relaying messages—while her outgoing warmth makes all three sisters popular beyond the building. Her later response to the wounded Huntress shows the role she has grown into: Nami scolds danger-seeking behavior without producing fear or agitation, giving the younger woman the warmth she imagines an older sister would provide.
