Liz

Liz is Lex Williams's younger sister, an exceptionally compatible Beast Master whose guarded life is transformed by a perfect bond with the Sovereign Nemo. The bond gives her access to unprecedented fusion and barrier-negation effects, but her story is equally about learning to live after years of being hidden, hunted, and separated from her siblings. Her latest mission tests whether she can act independently without treating Nemo's overwhelming power as a substitute for her own foundation.

Biography

A hidden sister trained to distrust

Liz first enters the narrative behind a projection, overseeing the investigation of Lex's unexpected cultivation while he remains unaware that his family understands the wider universe. She presses Serene to tell him the truth because she believes he would support Belle, but accepts the decision to preserve the family's plan. This makes her secrecy different from indifference: she participates in concealing the truth from Lex, yet already doubts whether the concealment serves him or merely repeats their parents' habit of deciding what their children can bear. (Chapter 27)

The Liz living with Lex's family on Earth is later revealed to be a spiritual clone, not the distant cultivating original. During an attack she follows Belle's command structure and treats the local body's destruction as survivable because its purpose has already been fulfilled. The distinction matters to her chronology: the clone carries family experience and interacts with Lex and Moon, while later Beast Master cultivation belongs to Liz's main body. Apparent Earth limitations cannot be used to infer the original body's realm or capacity. (Chapters 151 and 169–172)

Damian's account explains why the family is divided. He takes Liz and Moon from Earth after coveting Moon's soul talent, while Serene's clones preserve a simulacrum of normal childhood. Liz grows up knowing that rare gifts make people targets, and her mythical one-hundred-percent Beast Master compatibility gives outsiders another reason to control her. By the time she reunites with Lex, caution has hardened into reflex: even help appears potentially transactional, because most powerful people who value her talent have wanted access to it rather than a relationship with her. A remote golden resonance raises Liz's compatibility beyond even its mythical classification, but she still refuses to choose a mediocre first beast. Her restraint is strategic rather than fearful. A Beast Master's first perfect fusion gives an unusually large permanent advantage, so impatience could waste the defining opportunity of her path. This decision leaves her a conventional cultivator with extraordinary potential but no completed Beast Master foundation until Lex can offer both a worthy partner and a place where she can decide without being hunted. Reunion, guilt, and the choice of Nemo

Lex brings Liz to the Midnight Inn and shows her the real Moon. Her Beast Master sensitivity confirms that the sleeping woman is their sister rather than another clone, forcing Liz to confront guilt she had avoided: the family knew something was wrong, but no one asked what Moon endured. Lex offers safety without demanding residence or obedience, yet Liz cannot immediately cross the room to face Moon. The reunion therefore begins with an unresolved emotional barrier, not instant reconciliation. (Chapters 1293–1294)

Trust develops when Liz verifies that a golden key lets her leave and return at will. She then explains her path to Lex: conventional cultivation continues normally, while a tamed beast can form a bond and temporarily fuse with her, adding its strengths to her own. Because her compatibility allows perfect fusion, the first bond is especially consequential. Lex listens rather than selecting for her, and Liz retains the right to reject any candidate, a meaningful reversal of the control that shaped her earlier life. (Chapter 1295)

The candidate is Nemo, a playful fish whose apparent harmlessness conceals the nature of a Sovereign. Liz does not simply capture him. She asks, explains the bond, and waits for his agreement, preserving consent on both sides of a technique descended from Beast Taming. Nemo accepts, and the bonding process begins over months rather than granting instant use. Its duration and danger reflect the difference between bonding a strong Mythic beast and linking a Golden Core human to a being whose classification stands beyond that scale. (Chapters 1299–1300)

Choosing Nemo solves Liz's cultivation impasse but creates a larger secrecy problem. A perfect Sovereign bond would make her valuable to forces far beyond those that previously pursued her, and uncontrolled ability feedback could overwhelm rather than empower her. The Inn becomes more than Lex's refuge: it is the protected environment in which the bond can finish without being detected. Her relationship with Lex correspondingly changes from suspicion of his motives to wary recognition that his intervention gives her options rather than narrowing them. (Chapters 1300 and 1586)

Perfect fusion and the removal of barriers

When the fusion completes, Liz can finally begin Beast Master cultivation properly. Nemo's feedback is too immense for her to control as a direct active power, but even a passive fragment allows her to ignore barriers below the Dao realm whenever she wishes. The first demonstration is almost accidental: she hears and sees through Levi's concealment because her current desire treats restrictions around her as irrelevant. The ability is extraordinary, while the lack of fine control keeps it from being a universal answer she can deploy safely in every situation. (Chapter 1586)

The passive also changes how Liz understands relationships. It passes not only physical barriers but mental, spiritual, emotional, and—in flexible cases—conceptual barriers such as a secret placed between her and Lex. That breadth lets her perceive how defensiveness shaped their reunion and recognize that Lex treated her as family while she assumed manipulation. She does not instantly become trusting; instead, the power removes the protection of self-deception and leaves her to decide what to do with guilt, apology, and the new friendships she begins forming at the Inn. The perfect bond can theoretically grant one hundred percent of a bonded beast's power and traits during temporary fusion, an unprecedented result rather than a vague compatibility bonus. Nemo's Sovereign scale makes full access too dangerous and difficult to control, so most of Liz's demonstrated use comes through passives, protection, and selected effects rather than unrestricted Sovereign output. Her friendship with Levi and adventures at the Inn let her recover experiences she associates with a missing childhood, but they do not erase the need for personal cultivation beneath the bond. Sealed growth and the Dream-realm mission

Liz's growth eventually becomes so rapid that Lex seals her cultivation to protect its foundation. Each advancement requires her to break a seal through her own strength without Nemo's help, forcing her to understand and stabilize power that the bond could otherwise let her skip. She resents the difficulty but also recognizes its purpose: the seals ground her mentality, preserve future potential, and remind her that neither perfect compatibility nor a Sovereign companion makes her untouchable. The latest exact conventional stage is therefore left unresolved rather than inferred from the number of seals crossed. (Chapter 2194)

Levi's impending departure leaves Liz uncertain what she wants after safety and accelerated growth. When the Tower of Providence offers a Dream-realm mission that may temper spreading chaos, she is drawn to a purpose beyond staying protected. Lex objects because discovery of Nemo could restart a life on the run, but Liz is an adult choosing risk rather than a child to be confined. Her decision continues the independence she demanded during bonding: family protection matters, yet it cannot become another system that selects her path for her. (Chapter 2194)

Before departure, Nemo hides his own existence and Geeves's specialized suit conceals Liz's appearance, aura, life signature, karma, and divinatory traces from Celestial detection. These protections are complementary: the Sovereign's desire makes himself nearly undetectable, while the suit disguises Liz. In the Dream realm she joins eleven peak Celestial Immortals as the sole non-immortal, protected from initial mental influence but still physically far weaker. Her inclusion depends on unusual utility and secrecy rather than conventional equality with the team. (Chapter 2199)

The mission's latest scene preserves those limits. Normal exertion for her Celestial teammates leaves Liz exhausted, and she deliberately avoids full fusion with Nemo even while recovering in a safehouse. News that Lex may have been defeated breaks through her focus, but neither she nor Nemo can confirm his condition. Liz remains alive and operational in the Dream realm, with an unnamed post-Golden-Core cultivation stage under seals, a concealed Sovereign bond, and no confirmed return or mission completion before the narrative ends. Appearance and personality

Liz first appears as a delicate-looking young projection and later as a full-grown woman whose main body is distinct from the spirit clone that lived on Earth. Nemo often presents as a fish-shaped tattoo on her cheek, while a mission suit can change her appearance and life signature as well as conceal her presence. These disguises are practical responses to being pursued for her compatibility and bond, not permanent changes to her physical identity. (Chapters 27, 151, 1586, and 2199)

She is suspicious, independent, mischievous, and hungry for experiences denied by a controlled childhood. Her caution can look abrasive when Lex offers help, while guilt makes her avoid Moon rather than immediately repair the relationship. Bonding with Nemo and befriending Levi bring playfulness to the surface, but her latest choice shows that adventure is not only escapism: she wants a purpose she chooses herself, even when it takes her outside the strongest protection available. Abilities and cultivation

Perfect Beast Master compatibility

Liz is born with mythical one-hundred-percent compatibility for the Beast Master path, later elevated beyond that classification when gold appears in her blood. Nonhuman beings are naturally friendlier toward her, especially species usable in her cultivation, and her sensitivity can distinguish a living original from a clone. Serene later explains that Lionel Condensate—the liquefied concept of ancient human adaptability—helped create the physique, though even Serene suspects perfect Beast Master compatibility is only its most basic expression. Beast Master cultivation branches from taming but proceeds through consented bonding and fusion. Liz first tames or establishes accord with a beast, forms a bond, and can then temporarily add the creature's strengths to her conventional cultivation. Her perfect compatibility allows a one-hundred-percent fusion, and the first partner determines an unusually large lasting advantage. She can theoretically change partners later, but this first-bond significance explains why she delays the path while already at Golden Core instead of accepting a merely adequate beast. Sovereign bond and fusion with Nemo

Nemo agrees to the bond, which takes months to form because the gap between a Golden Core human and a Sovereign is extreme. Once complete, Nemo can appear as a tattoo, communicate with Liz, shield her from Dream-realm influence, and temporarily confer his power and traits through perfect fusion. The bond is persistent, but full fusion is conditional and deliberately avoided in the latest mission; Liz's body and conventional cultivation are not permanently identical to Nemo's Sovereign state. The scale of direct feedback is so great that Liz cannot initially control it. Her most reliable inherited effect is a passive ability to ignore barriers below the Dao realm when she or Nemo frames them as barriers. Demonstrated categories include visual concealment, spirit-sense walls, mental and spiritual protections, emotional defenses, and secrecy separating her from information. The flexibility is exceptional but not absolute: Dao-grade barriers remain outside the stated threshold, control depends on desire and interpretation, and even Lex later presents resistance she cannot readily penetrate. Sovereigns can also make themselves undetectable by desiring it, which Nemo uses to hide the bond during travel. This concealment protects Nemo, not automatically every trace of Liz, so her tailored suit supplies invisibility, anti-divination, anti-tracking, anti-karma, life-signature alteration, and protection from high-level senses. Those suit effects are temporary equipment access rather than innate fusion traits. Together, the two concealment layers allow a non-immortal carrying a Sovereign secret to stand among peak Celestials without immediate discovery. (Chapter 2199)

Conventional cultivation and seals

Liz is explicitly a Golden Core cultivator before forming her first bond. After fusion, cultivation accelerates, but later chapters do not name an exact new conventional realm. Lex responds by placing successive seals that she must break without Nemo's assistance before each advancement. The condition separates personal attainment from borrowed Sovereign power and prevents fast growth from producing a weak foundation or distorted mentality. Being called mortal or non-immortal later establishes that she has not crossed into immortality, not that she regressed from Golden Core. (Chapters 1294, 1586, 2194, and 2199–2247)

Her latest combat state is deliberately restricted. Dream-realm techniques and Nemo protect her mind, while the suit preserves concealment, but ordinary team exertion still exhausts her beside peak Celestial Immortals. She avoids full fusion, leaving the precise ceiling of a released Sovereign state undemonstrated in the mission. The latest supported description is therefore a sealed non-immortal cultivator beyond the last explicitly named Golden Core checkpoint, not a Celestial-level combatant by association. Relationships

• Lex Williams: Liz initially monitors and mistrusts Lex while helping preserve the family's secrets. Their reunion moves through guilt and suspicion toward a protective sibling relationship in which Lex offers safety and cultivation discipline, while Liz insists on choosing her own risks.
• Moon: Liz's younger sister is the focus of her deepest guilt. Recognizing the real Moon confirms how much the family failed to confront, and Moon's continued sleep leaves their reconciliation incomplete.
• Belle: Belle is Liz's elder sister and early authority within the Earth clone household. Liz believes Lex would support Belle's defiance and follows Belle during the Earth crisis, but the main bodies later pursue different paths.
• Nemo: Nemo is Liz's willing bonded Sovereign, companion, source of perfect fusion, and partner in interpreting barriers. Their bond is powerful but does not erase Liz's independent cultivation or judgment.
