Katrina

Katrina is a sentient hurricane from the Land of Yore who enters the Midnight Inn after a tsunami steals the gem fragments supporting her strength. Her shy manner at the Inn hides an aggressive disaster capable of absorbing terrain, and her needs prompt Lex to build services for living natural catastrophes. (Chapters 1782–1786)

Biography

Recovery and rearmament at the Inn

Katrina reaches the Inn severely weakened and embarrassed by her storm-tossed appearance. Lex offers the Hurricane Service Lake, where she recuperates for thirty-six days, then designs the Disaster Relief Foundation when ordinary equipment cannot fit or empower a hurricane. Katrina initially tries not to criticize the too-small lake, but excitement replaces shyness when specialized food augments her offensive winds and water. (Chapters 1782–1786)

Returning home, Katrina abandons her delicate guest demeanor and hunts the disasters holding her fragments. She merges with torn-up land to replenish energy, deliberately exposes herself to an earthquake, and uses shark-shaped attacks empowered by the Inn's food to recover part of what was stolen. She pauses to master her enlarged form before continuing, showing that vengeance is tempered by practical control rather than blind pursuit. (Chapter 1786)

Appearance and personality

Katrina's body is a vast living hurricane large enough to dwarf ordinary buildings and strain even a massive lake. Her voice is sweet and shy, and she worries about hurting Lex's feelings while giving feedback. In combat at home she becomes focused, aggressive, and sensitive to danger, revealing that courtesy at the Inn is not weakness but behavior chosen in a place she regards as terrifyingly powerful. Abilities and cultivation

Katrina is an Earth Immortal living natural disaster whose winds and water form her body. Gem fragments sustain her full strength; losing them leaves her diminished without destroying her. She can absorb land into the storm for energy, grow in size, attack through manifested sharks, and incorporate specially prepared food to alter her storm essence toward offense.
