Gisele

Gisele is a concise, battle-ready woman who joins Lex during the insect invasion and later reunites with him inside an anomaly pyramid. She is distinct from Giselle. Fighting through the insect invasion

Gisele meets Lex while killer insects block the route toward a Jotun stronghold. Low spiritual reserves create immediate pressure, so she accepts transport and time to recover while keeping her sword ready. She resists repeated suggestions of retreat and makes clear that she can continue alone, yet allows Lex to lead once his shields, arrays, and ship offer the most credible way through the swarm. Reaching safety and recovery

The stronghold's siege includes immortal insect auras, forcing Gisele and Lex to treat survival as a problem of navigation and timing rather than straightforward extermination.
