Biography

The tunnel expedition

Barry joins the largest expedition yet sent from the camp, serving among students who support twenty guards under Ptolemy. When the tunnel threat exceeds predictions, Lex physically grabs Barry and uses Falcon's Relief to carry him back toward safety. Barry's survival illustrates the expedition's central imbalance: resilience and preparation matter, but students still depend on faster, stronger teammates when an unknown environment escalates.
