Alysha

Alysha is a stranded farmer whose coercive system threatens her with death until she asks the Innkeeper for help, then rebuilds herself as an employee through care for another lonely candidate. (Chapters 418, 433, 505–586, 1344)

Biography

Coercive quests and chosen care

The Desert Farming system teleports Alysha away from home because it decides she is not in a desert, leaving her isolated and forcing her to grow and sell crops under death penalties. A chance meeting with John brings her a key and access to the Guild room, but fulfilling one quest only produces another, so she overcomes severe social anxiety to ask Lex Williams for help. She accepts removal of the system and the required memory loss, choosing freedom and a chance to bring her sister to the Inn over dangerous power. During the employee test, the resulting gaps leave loneliness without its history, yet Alysha repeatedly treats the wounded Zagan instead of escaping. Appearance and personality

Alysha is described as ragged after surviving alone in the desert and later as resplendent during the employee test; the narrative gives no fixed facial details. She is intensely shy, avoids eye contact, and struggles to begin difficult conversations, but desperation does not erase compassion. Abilities and cultivation

The Desert Farming system grants Alysha farming quests and relocates her, but its benefits are inseparable from coercive deadlines and death penalties. Lex removes it completely, after which she cannot summon its panel and loses system-related memories outside the Chamber of Secrets. In the employee test, she instinctively understands the room's bell, exit door, defensive axe, and medical supplies, and she can diagnose and reset a dislocated arm.
