Temara

Temara is Carlem's adult half-catkin daughter and Temera's twin. Meeting Kai LuForia inspires her to train as a warrior, but her later entry into his household occurs amid his supernatural pheromonal influence and his coercive displacement of her father.

Biography

Inspiration and entry into Kai's family

Temara meets Kai when Carlem brings the travelers home after abandoning his bandit companions. Curious about the outsiders, she focuses on Kai's strength and asks how powerful he is. The meeting gives both twins new ambitions: Temera studies witchcraft, while Temara enters the learning hall to train as a warrior. Her chosen path reflects her immediate admiration for physical power rather than a family profession established before Kai's arrival. (Chapters 349–350 and 389)

On Kai's later return, Temara and her twin begin sexual relationships with him while his always-active pheromones intensify their arousal. Temara expresses concern when he plans to travel into the more dangerous western territory, treating him as her new partner.
