Madam Jin is the wife of Jin GuangShan, mother of Jin ZiXuan, and an assertive matriarch of the LanlingJin Sect.

Biography

Koi Tower matriarch

Madam Jin raised Jin ZiXuan as the clan's official heir while enduring Jin GuangShan's repeated infidelity. When Meng Yao first came to Koi Tower with his father's keepsake, her reaction to Jin GuangShan's history helped prompt the servant to turn him away. (Chapter 48)

She was a close friend of Yu ZiYuan and supported the long-planned marriage between their children. At Phoenix Mountain, she welcomed Jiang YanLi beside her in the honored viewing position and tried to keep her clear of a confrontation among the cultivators. (Chapters 69–70)

Family losses

After Jin ZiXuan's death, Madam Jin sat vigil with Jiang YanLi and tried to make her rest and eat despite her own exhaustion. She later lost Jiang YanLi as well.
