Scientist Vic

Scientist Vic is one of the researchers trapped under Yung Jo, distinguished by bluntly stating the limits of their situation.

Biography

Refusing false hope

Vic tells the approximately eight captive scientists an unwelcome truth, prompting them to sigh because they already understand the technical reality. His bluntness does not create the crisis, but removes the comfort of pretending their assigned work or deadline can be met safely under Yung Jo's coercion. (Chapters 924–926)

Witness to the laboratory collapse

As Gustav Oslov penetrates the operation and Yung Jo's plans unravel, Vic remains among the scientists navigating destruction, impossible demands, and the possibility of rescue. He survives the immediate sequence, his role grounded in technical witness and group realism rather than command of the conspiracy. (Chapters 928–930)

Appearance and personality

The corpus does not isolate a detailed physical portrait of Vic. He is intelligent, blunt, and unwilling to sustain false optimism, even when everyone around him would prefer a less severe assessment. (Chapters 924–930)

Bloodlines and abilities

No personal bloodline or combat rank is established. Vic's demonstrated capability is scientific reasoning within the captive research group; the corpus does not isolate a personal invention or specialty. (Chapters 924–930)
