Resisting Gustav's inclusion

Colt objects strongly when Gustav Oslov is attached to the Genxodus team, only for Xanatus to recite achievements that make the objection embarrassing. He continues warning Gustav and refuses early entry or family extraction, treating procedural control as essential even when Gustav sees the delay as a threat to civilians and people close to him. Losing the argument over results

Colt rejects Aildris's conditions until Darmark orders cooperation, then uses an unidentified ability to pull away the offered recording device—only to discover that it contains an embarrassing comic recording. After Gustav saves millions by disregarding assigned boundaries, Colt still seeks punishment and demotion, but Darmark blocks escalation and argues that Gustav should be cultivated as an ally.
