Marshall Rel is Charisas's romantic partner and a central supporter during the Burning Sands conspiracy. His willingness to stay beside her eventually makes him a witness in the effort to clear Boss Danzo's name.

Biography

Standing beside Charisas

Marshall enters the conflict through his relationship with Charisas, whose treatment as a maid and connection to Danzo place her under intense social and criminal pressure. He joins the school activities around the Mixedblood football match and remains present as Gustav's intervention brings the Ring Lords' retaliation into the open. Rather than distance himself from the scandal, Marshall continues to support Charisas when Danzo dies and her remaining security collapses. (Chapters 701–733)

From private support to testimony

After Charisas is sent into family protection, Marshall participates in Gustav Oslov's plan to expose the conspiracy. He agrees to help preserve and present the account surrounding Danzo, then appears with Charisas as the case reaches a public reckoning. His confirmation of the torture, tracking, and frame-up helps turn their personal knowledge into testimony, leaving him alive and still aligned with Charisas at his latest appearance. Appearance and personality
