Omgolung
Omgolung is the former chief of Orcen, a veteran orc whose authority survives imprisonment and the rise of Silug.
Biography
Captive chief and returning warrior
Omgolung is introduced as Orcen's dominant chief, capable of freezing powerful orcs with a single glance. After losing power and enduring captivity, he is freed by Silug but has not fully recovered from the ordeal. Rather than becoming a simple subordinate, he questions the new chief's choices and is treated as a respected equal. He returns to the front against Marquis-ranked demons, helping the orcs survive the assault, and later mobilizes again for the alliance's final campaign. (Chapters 178–183, 616–629, 787)
Appearance and personality
The source emphasizes Omgolung's imposing presence rather than a detailed physical portrait. He is proud, direct and difficult to cow, retaining the habit of challenging decisions even after his own tenure as chief ends; his return to battle also shows durable loyalty to the orcs themselves. (Chapters 178–183, 616–629)
Powers and abilities
Omgolung possesses the exceptional strength and pressure of a senior orc warrior. Even while not fully recovered, he can fight on a front threatened by Marquis-ranked demons and contribute materially to the clan's survival. No precise formal personal rank or named technique is established. (Chapters 619–629)
Relationships
- Silug: His successor and liberator, whom Omgolung challenges but ultimately supports as an equal. (Chapters 616–629)
- Orcen's warriors: Former subjects and continuing comrades for whom he returns to the front line. (Chapters 178–183, 619–629, 787)
