Elder Hearteye, also called Elder Blind, is the strongest returning elder of Heartshadow Sect during its Huyang campaign. He practices the Six Extremes of Destruction, possesses ordinary Primal Chaos Realm will, and commands the sect-protecting Heart Devil Kite. (Chapters 1569, 1573, and 1581)

Biography

Return for the Huyang campaign

Hearteye was the Heartshadow Sect's strongest member before its decline and split, then spent years traveling the Land of Origin to hone himself. Marquis Liu Yin expends substantial effort to bring him back for the Huyang operation. He visits Luo Feng to pressure him out of the war and tests him with a seven-technique thrust from the Six Extremes of Destruction. The attack only draws a speck of blood, while Luo Feng's counter forces Hearteye to concede that both Luo Feng's body and realm are superior. (Chapters 1569 and 1573)

Hearteye then leads the Heart Devil Kite in the sect's field operations. His first unified will attack rebounds from Luo Feng's concealed stronger will and incapacitates much of the crew, so he later switches their combined will entirely to defense and coordinates with Qiu Yi's Demon General. Even together they can only occupy Luo Feng temporarily, failing to secure the sect's victory. After Marquis Liu Yin retreats, Heartshadow Sect is captured and disbanded; the text does not identify whether Hearteye is executed for direct participation in the city's massacres or released with nonparticipating disciples. Appearance and personality

Hearteye appears as a blind elder. Other sect elders fear him, and he is proud, severe, and initially eager to test Huyang's strongest opponent. He nevertheless assesses failed tactics accurately, orders retreats when necessary, and openly admits inferiority after a fair spar. (Chapters 1569, 1573, and 1581)

Abilities and cultivation

  • His Godly King-level Six Extremes of Destruction integrates seven Primal Chaos Realm techniques into a focused stab capable of seriously injuring ordinary unlimited bodies. Against Luo Feng it only pierces robe and skin. (Chapter 1573)
  • Hearteye's own will is at ordinary Primal Chaos Realm level. Through the Heart Devil Kite he combines thousands of operators to reach pinnacle Primal Chaos will, but offensive collision with a stronger will rebounds onto the crew. (Chapter 1581)
  • He can control the Heart Devil Kite's physical, will, and formation-supported attacks. The treasure raises his effective threat beyond his unaided strength but still cannot stop Luo Feng. (Chapters 1573–1587)
