Blood Lord
Blood Lord is one of the three Ancestor-level rulers nurtured by Blood Crane Territory. The title “Lord” does not make him one of the Cultivator Lords; the corpus consistently places him among the Ancestors.
Biography
Defense of Blood Crane Territory
Blood Lord is the most cautious of the territory's three rulers when Shadow Lord's expansion draws Luo Feng's retaliation. Recognizing both Luo Feng's strength and his limited movement, he initially recommends avoidance rather than a purposeless clash. Once Luo Feng enters their homeland, however, Blood Lord negotiates compensation, then joins Crane Lord and Shadow Lord in repeatedly obstructing Luo Feng's attempt to reach and refine the territorial origin. (Chapters 1910–1912)
During the fighting, Blood Lord merges with the Endless Blood Sea, absorbs much of an Origin Great Destruction blast, and restores Crane Lord's damaged body. He later admits that Luo Feng's understanding of life surpasses his own, and the trio cannot prevent the origin's refinement even with their powers coordinated through the blood sea. After losing their defensive foundation and seeing Luo Feng grow still stronger, all three seek the protection of the Innate Primordial Life Camp. (Chapters 1913–1914 and 1951)
Appearance and personality
Blood Lord has a lean, elongated body, scale-armored wings, and exquisite blood-colored scales compared to crystal jade. His conduct is restrained and practical: he tries negotiation, accurately assesses an opponent's advantages, and prioritizes survival when direct resistance no longer offers a plausible gain. (Chapters 1910–1911)
Abilities and cultivation
Blood Lord masters the highest-level Blood Power, allowing him to transform into and merge with an Endless Blood Sea. This form supplies an enormous energy reserve, distributes incoming damage, and supports exceptional recovery for both himself and allies; its reserve and recovery are later described as only slightly weaker than Luo Feng's. He also masters highest-level life-type power and can lock onto a target through Life Qi, though his movement is weak outside his homeland and his life attainment remains below Luo Feng's completed Dao. (Chapters 1910, 1913–1914, and 1951)
