Association Leader Mu Yang
Association Leader Mu Yang commands the Blood Python Association, one of Huyang City's dark powers, and finances his cultivation by taxing and preying on weaker residents.
Biography
The Blood Python Association
Mu Yang initially handles Luo He with pragmatic restraint, compensating him after Vice President Lai Mo is defeated rather than gambling the association on an unknown opponent. Privately, he searches for profitable victims, demands higher killing quotas, pays the Five Great Families to tolerate his territory, and bargains with Divine Monarch Xue Yun for the later portion of the Primordial Iron Blood Sand Technique. His plan is to take greater risks, obtain the inheritance, and leave Huyang before the city and Shi Kingdom forces destroy one another. (Chapters 1504–1507)
Luo Feng accepts Diaorong Qi's request to avenge her father and attacks the association headquarters. Mu Yang offers money and friendship after his vice presidents fall, but openly defends killing Diaorong Yan as survival of the fittest when Luo Feng names the cause. He burns divine power, reveals his Blood Python body and a hidden mechanical treasure, yet Luo Feng breaks his armor and kills him; later discussions consistently treat Mu Yang's death as one of Luo He's established victories. (Chapters 1511–1513 and 1536)
Appearance and personality
Mu Yang has a black-scaled body whose restrained aura initially makes him seem ordinary. He is cautious when information is poor and willing to absorb public humiliation, but regards weaker lives as resources and believes strength alone validates his position. (Chapters 1505, 1507, and 1513)
Abilities and cultivation
Mu Yang is an exceptionally strong Eternal True God at the Tenfold Realm. His Blood Python form has black scales, a huge tail, strong armor, and can burn divine power for a blood-colored combat aura. He also possesses a secret mechanical-flow treasure that he believes leaves no witnesses. These defenses survive ordinary Huyang assassination attempts but cannot withstand Luo Feng's concentrated Perfect-Divine-Body strikes. (Chapters 1505 and 1513)
The Primordial Iron Blood Sand Technique is a bloodline method suited to him and capable of leading toward the Primal Chaos Realm, but Mu Yang never obtains its expensive later portion before his death. Its promised ceiling is therefore an unrealized opportunity, not a progression he completes. (Chapter 1507)
