Woodwoven Bow

The Woodwoven Bow is a Forest Elven Tier 2 bow Artifact designed to accelerate arrows through a Force enchantment. Members of the EmeraldLeaf Adventurer team use matching copies with Piecker arrows, producing exceptionally penetrative volleys at the cost of heavy energy use and expendable ammunition.

History

EmeraldLeaf demonstration

The five members of the EmeraldLeaf Adventurer team reveal matching Woodwoven Bows while demonstrating their combat style for Michael’s territory. The weapons appear carved from the same tree and form a coordinated set with green Piecker arrows. Five simultaneous shots punch deep holes through a durable Tier 2 Hard-scale Lizard, impressing Michael but also exposing the loadout’s poor efficiency: each volley consumes large amounts of energy and damages material that could otherwise be harvested. The team can sustain only seven such volleys before replenishing its energy. (Chapters 166–167)

Jungle Expedition operations

The Forest Elves continue using the bows in Michael’s early war against the Jungle Expedition. Lilica fires a Woodwoven Bow and Piecker alongside Michael’s Siltang Bow during an aerial ambush. Four elves later coat Pieckers with Blood Parthen poison and use the bows in the plan to weaken the Blood Oath Demon Monkey King for taming. Mika Zels participates in the original five-bow demonstration, but Chapter 200 explicitly shows him switching to a larger multi-nock longbow for Arrow Duplication; that distinct weapon should not be merged with the Woodwoven series. Abilities and properties

• Each Woodwoven Bow is a Tier-2 Artifact with a Force enchantment. The enchantment increases an arrow’s speed without increasing the force required to draw the string. (Chapters 166–167)
• Its principal demonstrated synergy is with the Piecker, a separate consumable arrow carrying an altered Piercing enchantment. The Piecker’s enchantment activates only after reaching a speed threshold, which the bow’s Force enchantment supplies. (Chapter 167)
• Users channel substantial energy into both bow and arrow before releasing them together. Five coordinated shots can kill a durable Tier 2 Hard-scale Lizard, but the EmeraldLeaf team exhausts its reserves after seven Piecker volleys. (Chapters 166–167)
• The bow does not itself provide the Piecker’s Piercing enchantment, poison, or ammunition. Blood Parthen poison is applied to the arrows separately during the Monkey King operation. (Chapters 167 and 202)
• Multiple near-identical copies exist. The corpus does not name a maker, exact wood species, owner of every copy, price, star rating, later upgrade, or final fate. (Chapters 166–202)
