Primal Kytos

Primal Kytos is the corrupted Guardian opposed by the Calamity Dragon before Michael restores his Origin Essence and sacred purpose.

Biography

God Wars and the Primal Conflict

Kytos becomes the Calamity Dragon's chosen opponent because he was the last Primal it saw before imprisonment. He battles with enormous Essence weapons until Michael forces an Expanse Link into him and restores balanced Origin Essence. Once lucid, Kytos helps Gluvos rescue their siblings, thanks Michael, declares his fated mission complete, and leads the Guardians away through a fissure. (Chapters 1082, 1090, 1092)

Appearance and personality

Kytos is slightly thinner than Gluvos, but the corpus gives no hair, eyes, clothing, or exact scale. Corruption fills his voice and actions with fury. Restoration removes those negative emotions, returns confused restraint and brotherly feeling, and culminates in solemn gratitude toward Michael and decisive responsibility for the remaining Primal. Primal Essence and weapons

Kytos creates a massive Zweihänder, hundred-meter saber, spears, membranes, projectiles, and other weapons from Essence. He can tear cosmic fabric to open fissures and uses Origin Essence after restoration. Michael's balance of pristine Expanse Essence against the weave's Essence changes Kytos's nature and memories rather than raising a conventional Tier. (Chapters 1083, 1090–1092)

Relationships

Primal Gluvos is Kytos's brother and fellow restored Guardian. The Calamity Dragon hates Kytos for his role before the dragon's sealing and threatens to kill him if restoration fails. Michael Fang restores Kytos, earns his gratitude, and entrusts the remaining rescue to him. (Chapters 1082–1092)

Items

Kytos's Zweihänder, saber, and spears are temporary Essence constructions rather than named Artifacts. The Expanse Link involved in his salvation comes from Michael. (Chapters 1083, 1090)
