Giuliana Seraph is the matriarch of one of humanity's most influential healing families and the mother of Maria Seraph. She treats Maria's Mark of Fate as both a family concern and an opportunity, bringing her into repeated negotiation with Michael and Alice.

Giuliana arrives after researching Michael, tests his temperament behind a cold persona, and then apologizes when he meets her standard. She proposes moving him closer to Maria to strengthen the Mark of Fate, accepts his refusal to leave Saphirelake, and maneuvers the conversation toward Maria transferring instead. Giuliana later heals Alice with holy power, evaluates Michael's customized Heavenly Realm technique, and—impressed by his loyalty and compatibility—openly proposes marriage between him and Maria before an urgent call ends the pressure. Trials, Divinities, and the Titan War
When Michael returns to the Tritan Alliance with an amnesiac Alice, Giuliana helps explain that Maria's Mark of Fate once chose him and assures Alice that he remained loyal to her. She watches him painfully remove and return the last fragment of Maria's Soultrait, then accepts his decision even as Maria breaks down.
