Annabelle Claire is a gifted archer whom Michael Fang faces during Saphirelake Military Academy's first assessment. She later reaches the peak of Tier 6 before choosing to teach rather than continue chasing the fastest combat progression.

Annabelle enters arena three as a Peak Tier 0 archer whose impeccable technique previously defeated an equal-ranked opponent in three shots. Against the Tier 1 Michael, she stays calm after he destroys her first arrow, invokes Spirit Archer, and matches his rapid interception volleys despite lacking an equivalent bow Artifact. Michael eventually limits her movement and places three energy arrows at her throat, heart, and eye, forcing the referee's shields to stop the lethal strike and award him victory. (Chapters 111–112)

The Unknown Domain and the New Era

Decades later Michael recognizes Annabelle through a liquid mirror and remembers that their few conversations had always been pleasant. She has reached the peak of Tier 6—a rapid rise compared with most members of her generation, though below the exceptional pace of Michael, Kaleb, Lincoln, and Zeke. Rather than continue an endless grind for power, Annabelle returns to education and becomes a teacher, using the expertise that first distinguished her as a student. (Chapter 1122)

Appearance and personality

The corpus does not securely describe Annabelle's hair, eyes, height, clothing, or other identifying features; Alice calls her cute when viewing her older image. In combat she is composed, technically disciplined, and resilient enough to keep firing after being surprised.
