Qing Ya operates near the top of the New Community while concealing an origin that even the Ling family cannot determine. Han Sen identifies him as the person who rescued Tina and treats his strategic reach as dangerous even apart from direct combat. Han Yufei later reveals that Qing Ya also belongs to the organization God and serves inside the New Community as a spy or inspector, placing his apparent authority within a deeper covert allegiance.
