The sister Han Sen must protect

Han Yan is a child whose education and home are threatened by the family’s poverty and predatory relatives. She wants an ordinary education and closeness with her mother and brother, while Han makes her safety his own responsibility. Her needs propel Han toward money, military opportunity, and stronger evolutionary foundations. She grows from protected child into a deliberate student of the same dangerous world. She attends school, later begins sanctuary and hyper-geno training, and receives Han’s direct instruction. Luo Lan and Han Sen shelter her; family disputes over the old house demonstrate her vulnerability. Her needs propel Han toward money, military opportunity, and stronger evolutionary foundations. Geno cores and independent ambition

In Fourth Sanctuary, Han Yan develops her own core and competes under her brother’s immense reputation. She wants genuine results rather than permanent protection or borrowed prestige. She advances a geno core through silver ranking, questions Han about his cores, and accepts challenges/resources while preserving his secrets. Marquise swordswoman and Sky Palace student

Han brings sanctuary companions into the geno universe, where class advancement and xenogeneic threats replace the old ladders. Han Yan wants to explore and fight independently. She becomes capable of operating away from Han’s direct protection. The dependent sister becomes an elite peer within the family’s wider force. (Chapters 2188–2615)

She reaches Marquise, kills Marquise and Duke enemies with sword-light, carries a Demon Bug King defense, walks Sky Path, and takes up Sky Palace training. Han remains mentor and equipment sponsor; Yun Suyi and Sky Palace Leader evaluate her on her own merits. She becomes capable of operating away from Han’s direct protection. King Release Sky and Space Garden defense

Break World incursions threaten the community and younger generation. She wants to defend family members and stop Littleflower from making a grief-driven sacrifice. Her judgment protects the family from multiplying one loss into another. Power and responsibility mature together; she no longer measures worth only by matching Han. (Chapters 2615–3343)

She activates the causal King Release Sky body, fights Break World beasts with a sword spirit, joins family interventions, and argues for caution when Littleflower would enter the Thirty-Three Skies. Gu Qingcheng becomes a sword peer; Han Yufei teaches her; Littleflower is both nephew and comrade. Her judgment protects the family from multiplying one loss into another. Appearance and personality

First shown as a small, cheerful girl protected from the family’s poverty, Han Yan grows into a confident young swordswoman. Her later King Release Sky state lengthens her hair and surrounds her in pale divine light. She is affectionate toward family, ambitious, quick to challenge danger, and less secretive than her brother. (Chapters 4–3343)

Abilities and advancement

• King Release Sky: Her causal-element Super God body. Opens a pale spirit-like state with altered hair and a sword-spirit manifestation; causal power supports cuts and defense beyond ordinary rank. The exact causal rule is not completely explained, and visible strength depends on her current class and training. Develops from sanctuary inheritance into the sword-spirit form used in Space Garden.
