Black-God rules Black-God Shelter and enforces a claim on half the harvest from the frozen lake, bringing his organization into conflict with Han Sen. Han’s campaign breaks that monopoly and defeats the shelter’s resistance. The surviving force is later reorganized as the Black-God Army under Qiu Xiuwen within the wider Goddess Shelter coalition.
