Beloved’s Memento is a crude-looking Mythical dagger that once belonged to Barca's mother. Her sacrifice transferred part of her strength into the weapon, but its benefit activates only when Barca equips it.
History
Recovered from Orobak's room
Eiko steals a wooden chest from Orobak's room, and Lux opens it while sorting the recovered equipment before the final confrontation. The dagger's simple construction belies its Mythical rarity, which the Elysium Compendium reveals when Lux appraises it. Its description ties the object directly to Barca's mother and states that her sacrifice transferred some of her statistics into the blade at her death. (Chapter 114)
A benefit meant only for Barca
Lux recognizes that a fifty-point increase to every statistic is exceptional, but the dagger's condition frustrates any plan to use or transmute its power for himself: its effect activates only for Barca. He sets it aside while continuing through the chest's contents. The chapter does not explicitly show the dagger being handed to Barca afterward, so its recovery by Lux is certain while its final transfer and later custody remain unconfirmed. (Chapter 114)
