The Snail Treasury Pouch is Nisha's patterned storage artifact, used to withdraw large quantities of currency on command. It gives physical form to the Count's role as financier of the great-guild coalition.
History
Financing the guild coalition
When Marcus Calenberry attacks Gong-ja, Bambolina asks Nisha for ten thousand gold to strengthen Patricia and Chen Mu-mun. Nisha opens the pouch, issues a withdrawal command, and produces the requested coins, allowing Bambolina's devotion technique to convert the money into temporary power. The exchange establishes both the pouch's unusual capacity and Nisha's insistence on treating even emergency support as a transaction worth naming clearly. (Chapter 25)
Transfer during the wedding battle
Nisha uses the snail-patterned pouch again during the conflict around Raviel's wedding, withdrawing a seemingly unbounded quantity of coins and ordering a change of owner to Bambolina. This later use shows that the artifact can support both large withdrawals and at least one explicit custody transfer, though the corpus does not fully explain whether the transfer is permanent or limited to that operation.
