Combination Box

The Combination Box is an advanced skill attached to Kang Woojin's Inventory. Its separate interface can combine valid ingredients into crafted products and extract materials from Artifacts, making it a system function rather than a conventional physical container.

History and role

An unfamiliar advanced skill

Woojin receives Combination Box Summoning at level one after his return to Earth. The skill cannot be improved by adding points, and its button opens a separate Inventory window with Combine and Extract controls. At first Woojin has never seen the skill and only guesses from its name that it may build items or reverse them into ingredients; later uses confirm both functions. A purchased recipe for Orc Tendon Soup also shows that a valid recipe can let the Box produce a prepared result without ordinary cooking. (Chapters 2 and 15)

Extraction and relic forging

Woojin demonstrates extraction by moving Artifacts into the Box. The Combine control remains dark while Extract becomes available, and extraction reduces the Artifacts into materials including World's Water, Adamantium, ancient iron, metals, crystals, and a Strength Crystal. The resulting stock is useful but does not guarantee that he can craft whatever he wants: even after buying recipes for Thrash's Set, he lacks enough required ingredients to make a piece. The Box later becomes central to rebuilding Thrash's Set. Woojin places purchased ingredients and Aria's Holy Item inside and activates Combination, causing dozens of components to merge into Thrash's Glory. This confirms the Box's recipe-based construction role, while its absence from Dimensional Battles establishes that access depends on the mode in which Woojin is operating. (Chapters 56 and 90)

Abilities and properties

• Separate crafting interface: The skill appears through Woojin's Inventory and opens a dedicated window with Combine and Extract controls; the corpus does not present a separately carried physical box. (Chapter 2)
• Combination: With an appropriate recipe and ingredients, the Box produces finished goods ranging from food to equipment. A disabled Combine button indicates that merely placing arbitrary contents inside is not enough. (Chapters 2, 15, 36, and 90)
• Extraction: The Box dismantles Artifacts into component materials of varying type and quality. The text demonstrates useful output but does not establish that every original ingredient is recovered or that the process is reversible. (Chapter 36)
• Mode restriction: Combination Box is unavailable during a Dimensional Battle because it does not exist within Woojin's Dimensional Domain. (Chapter 56)
