Kim Haemin — Seoul Station's Necromancer

Kim Haemin is Jung Minchan's most trusted operations colleague and a founding member of Alandal. He has no Awakened powers, but his speed, judgment, and knowledge of dungeon management let him turn Kang Woojin's strength into a functioning guild. As Alandal grows from a small office into a state-like organization, Haemin advances from support employee to director and handles increasingly large logistical and political emergencies. Biography

Leaving Hammer for Alandal

Haemin first works under Minchan in Hammer Guild's support division, managing dungeon schedules, transport, recruitment contacts, and relations with the Management Bureau. His quick improvisation repeatedly helps Minchan pursue Woojin: he clears schedules, drives the group away from reporters, obtains Woojin's phone number, and recognizes valuable dungeon loot. When Woojin invites both men to establish a new guild, Haemin decides that becoming a founding member offers a better future than remaining at Hammer. He submits a resignation letter he had already prepared and joins Alandal with the ambition of leading its Support Division. (Chapters 17, 20–24, 26–27)

Once employed by Alandal, Haemin immediately supplies the practical knowledge its combat-focused president lacks. He arranges the office, explains post-clear dungeon operations, manages loot and purchases, drives personnel, and helps negotiate shared dungeon access. His work does not merely remove minor inconveniences: it converts Woojin's solo victories into revenue, staffing, publicity, and institutional standing. Operations under catastrophe

Haemin remains on the administrative front as Alandal's responsibilities expand into national defense. He supports Hong Sunggoo, gathers political intelligence from reporters, monitors public reaction after Woojin's killings, and works with Minchan when government cooperation becomes uncertain. Although he jokes that their small founding team can now lead the world by the nose, his decisions are practical: he tries to anticipate even the possibility that Woojin might seize political power so that Alandal can prevent a destructive confrontation rather than enable one. Successively larger crises make Haemin a field logistician as well as an office director. During the Seoul disaster he guides guild families toward Hammer Guild's shelter, and he later takes thirty Alandal employees to Busan to receive and staff an aircraft carrier, recruiting a former naval officer and presenting the new specialists to Woojin. In the final emergency, Haemin joins Minchan and the other non-Awakened leaders in tracking an aircraft's projected route toward a threatened city. Appearance and personality

The supplied chapters do not give Haemin a detailed physical description. He is most often presented in the professional settings of a support employee—waiting beside a car, using notes or a tablet, driving personnel, or working beneath piles of documents.
