Cindy

Cindy is a popular member of the four-person girl group Yuri Girls and the lead actress of Murim Heroine. Her celebrity confidence is shaken by Kang Woojin's greater fame and develops into personal interest after she learns they attended the same high school. Biography

Celebrity life amid dungeon catastrophe

Six years after Yuri Girls' debut, Cindy remains personally popular even as the group declines, maintaining an exhausting schedule across music and acting. She is diligent and polite to staff but assumes her fame can open any door, so Woojin's indifference at a film event wounds her pride. After discovering that the vanished student from her high school is the same internationally famous Awakened, she becomes fascinated with him and attends a reunion partly in hope of seeing him. Woojin does not appear, and a Dungeon Break instead sends Cindy fleeing from monsters with the other civilians. (Chapters 36, 42, 61–62)

The reunion leaves Cindy with continuing anxiety attacks and causes her to suspend media activity. She asks Jiwon for help and moves into Alandal to recuperate, where Woojin harshly compares her difficulty coping with the courage of a child. Cindy acknowledges her immaturity but leaves in tears, and Hong Sunggoo's uncomplicated kindness provides a gentler welcome. She remains near Jiwon through the final crisis and is present when Gangchul attacks Sooah.
