Lyssandra is a veteran explorer whose old expeditions into Elven Star Dominion ruins once made her legendary, though she resents how those stories have faded. She teaches about a dozen Sorcerers and has delved more Dominion ruins than any other modern elf named in the coalition. Those experiences make Theodore Waltz's plan credible to her, and she joins him while favoring votes and a branch-world solution over conquest.
