Freesia, whose personal name is Pepe, is the secretive founder of By the Table and a former attendant of Rhea. Building a network through talent

Freesia creates By the Table as a hidden convention and rendezvous for elite merchants, then leads it from behind the scenes while roaming between the Tower and other worlds. Her search is as much about people as profit: the Freesia Garden transforms the frightened Yul, and she later makes him her disciple after recognizing his tenacity and exceptional results. The foundations she establishes become strong enough for Yul to expand the organization publicly, even though his centralized style differs sharply from her secretive alliances. Broker, guide, and old family retainer

Freesia supplies Yeon-woo through intermediaries, gives him a communication jade, and directs him to Anastasia when he needs Adamantine Nova. The later return of Kronos exposes her older identity as Pepe, one of Rhea's attendants and a person treated as family. Yeon-woo and Kronos locate the prison and rescue her; Freesia then returns beside Yul and guides them to the treasury she preserved, completing the duty that made her captivity valuable. Freesia hides her face behind a wooden mask and uses the flower-name custom associated with By the Table, making her true identity difficult to read. Her visible eyes are intense, while her voice and stillness remain controlled even after prolonged imprisonment.
