A stolen inheritance and surviving soul

Peng Da awakens wounded and without memory in Mo Li’s caravan, gradually adapting to Western Desert while speaking with habits that mark him as an otherworldly demon. Mo Li eventually kills him to seize Thieving Heaven’s true inheritance. Death does not end the conflict: Peng Da’s soul emerges and continues resisting the man who betrayed him.
