Ghostly Sail
The Ghostly Sail is a restriction-filled sail refined by Wang Lin to project layered illusions and ghostly manifestations.
History
Refining the sail
Before leaving the cave world, Wang Lin cuts open and refines the Ghostly Sail while surrounded by its restrictions, hoping it will help him form a seventh essence. (Chapters 1713 and 1715)
Illusions in the final struggle
The sail expands over an area as an illusion and later becomes a giant ghostly face. Wang Lin uses its fog to conceal Old Ghost Zhan and to move covertly between collapsing worlds. (Chapters 1721, 1744, 1760, and 1765)
Great Soul Sect techniques
On the Immortal Astral Continent, Wang Lin recognizes that the sail had enabled his multi-layered illusion spell. He makes his own sail and can scatter it into clouds or release countless ghosts from its black fog. (Chapters 1837, 1864, 1889, and 1947)
