Blood Soul Pill

The Blood Soul Pill is a consumable resurrection pill created by the Blood Ancestor and carried by Yao Xixue.

History

Yao Xixue's reserve

Yao Xixue uses several pills during repeated attempts to enter a dangerous place and values each remaining pill as another life. She identifies the medicine as a unique creation of her father, the Blood Ancestor. (Chapters 550 and 552)

The method revealed

Wang Lin forces Yao Xixue to disclose the correct method of use. A pill absorbs divine sense and blood; at death it hides objects linked to the origin soul in the void so they can be retrieved after revival. (Chapters 553, 608, 609, and 616)

Limits of revival

The Blood Ancestor acknowledges that the pill has flaws. Destruction of the surrounding storage space can exceed one pill's protection and require further intervention for Yao Xixue to revive. (Chapters 761 and 762)

Abilities and properties

• Creates a route to revival after death by preserving a link through blood and divine sense. (Chapters 550 and 609)
• Temporarily merges origin-soul-linked possessions into the void for later retrieval. (Chapter 609)
• Cannot guarantee revival under sufficiently destructive conditions. (Chapters 761 and 762)
